These terms of use (hereinafter the "Terms of Use") govern access to and use of the jimble.dev platform (hereinafter the "Platform"), published by JIMBLE LABS.

2. Acceptance of the Terms of Use

Accessing and using the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Platform.

3. Access to the service

Access to the Platform is restricted to natural or legal persons having the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Creating an account requires the provision of accurate and complete information. You undertake to update this information whenever it changes.

4. Accounts and credential security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any use of your account is presumed to have been made by you. In the event of theft, loss or unauthorized use of your credentials, you must notify us immediately at: contact@jimble.dev.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content (workflows, data, configurations) that you create or upload on the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process and display such content for the purpose of providing the service.

All elements of the Platform (code, design, trademarks, logos, documentation) are the exclusive property of JIMBLE LABS or its licensors.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, without notice or compensation. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

The Platform is provided "as is". We endeavor to ensure its availability and security, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to direct damages, up to the amounts paid during the last 12 months.

We shall not be held liable for any delay in performing, or failure to perform, our obligations resulting from a force majeure event (natural disaster, strike, network outage, cyberattack, etc.).

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
